Our SMS program is supported by major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. If you are using a prepaid phone or a carrier not listed, the service may still work, but we recommend confirming with your carrier.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile carriers are not responsible for any delays in receiving messages, undelivered messages, or other issues related to SMS delivery. BreeziHQ is also not responsible for messages that are delayed, undelivered, or blocked by your carrier. Factors that may affect message delivery include:
- Network congestion or outages
- Phone being turned off or out of service area
- Carrier-level spam filtering
